Sinotruk Group Holds 2026 Annual Work Conference | New Starting Point, New Journey

The Shandong Heavy Industry Group's 2026 Annual Work Conference was held in Weifang. The conference reviewed and summarized the 2025 operating performance, analyzed the internal and external situation, and systematically deployed the "15th Five-Year Plan" development strategy and key tasks for 2026. The conference commended advanced units, pioneering teams, and corporate culture stars for 2025, released the seventh major business segment—power energy, and signed the 2026 operating target responsibility agreement. Wang Zhijian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Heavy Industry Group, delivered a speech entitled "A New Starting Point, A New Journey, A New Leap Forward: Striving Towards the Vision of Building a World-Class Enterprise." Ye Jianjun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director, presided over the meeting.

 

In 2025, Shandong Heavy Industry Group seized opportunities presented by industry structural growth and export markets, effectively responded to challenges from domestic and international market competition, and delivered a high-quality development performance. The company achieved operating revenue of 604.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.9%. The company's operational efficiency continued to improve, its market competitiveness significantly strengthened, its export business layout was comprehensively deepened, its overseas industrial development remained stable and improved, and its strategic transformation and upgrading gained momentum.

Wang Zhijian pointed out that, looking ahead to 2030, the group will take "Empowering Equipment for a Better Future with Technology" as its mission, comprehensively accelerate its strategic transformation towards green development, globalization, digitalization, and ecological sustainability, and expedite the construction of a world-class, technologically advanced, green-developing, and high-end equipment multinational group. We must measure our future success against "four world-class standards":

Wang Zhijian emphasized that in 2026, we must strive to create a new landscape of high-quality development and challenge ourselves to even higher goals.

The conference recognized and rewarded outstanding enterprises that received awards for outstanding performance, outstanding contributions, new energy transformation and development, and digital transformation and development; outstanding teams that received awards for pioneering teams in technological innovation, market expansion, and collaborative efficiency creation; and outstanding individuals in corporate culture who received awards for scientific and technological innovation stars, quality stars, intelligent manufacturing stars, efficiency creation stars, marketing stars, and service stars.

 

 

The conference officially launched Shandong Heavy Industry Group's seventh major business segment—power energy—aiming to fully enter the global data center power generation equipment and solid oxide fuel cell businesses, and cultivate new strategic growth drivers.

 

 

Wang Zhijian signed the 2026 annual business target responsibility agreement with the affiliated enterprises. Key personnel from Weichai Group, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group, Shantui Construction Machinery, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture, Zhongtong Bus, and KION Group made statements.

 

 

Following the meeting, attendees visited the Shandong Heavy Industry New Product and Technology Exhibition.

 

More than 700 people participated, including members of the leadership teams and middle-level managers of Shandong Heavy Industry Group headquarters and major subsidiaries, management personnel and overseas representatives of various overseas companies, as well as representatives of advanced models from all sectors of the Group.
