Shandong Heavy Industry Group Shines at the Indonesia Mining Exhibition, Deepening Cooperation and Planning for the Future
From September 17th to 19th, the 2025 Indonesia International Construction Machinery and Mining Machinery Exhibition grandly opened at the Jakarta International Convention Center.
As a leading company in China’s construction machinery industry’s “going global” strategy, Shandong Heavy Industry Group, with the theme of “Technology Empowers Better Equipment,” has positioned the mining market as a strategic priority. Its five major mining equipment manufacturers, including Shantui, Lovol Heavy Industry, Weichai, Sinotruk, and Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck, showcased their full range of mining equipment and integrated solutions at the exhibition, promoting their brand values of “green, efficient, intelligent, and economical” to the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets and injecting Chinese power into the global mining industry upgrade. Shandong Heavy Industry Group General Manager Wang Zhijian, Deputy General Managers Zhang Gengsheng and Ma Changhai, and relevant leaders from overseas businesses at subsidiary companies and Southeast Asian customers attended the event.
At a centralized delivery ceremony, a batch of advanced equipment covering fuel-powered vehicles, construction machinery, and mining vehicles was officially delivered to key local customers in Indonesia. These equipment will help customers improve production efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of their products in the Indonesian mining sector.
At the strategic customer signing ceremony, the Group reached new cooperation agreements with several major Indonesian companies in areas such as product procurement, technical collaboration, and localized services, further consolidating and deepening their strategic partnership.
During the event, Shandong Heavy Industry Group launched a stunning new integrated mining product. These core products are deeply optimized for the specific needs of the Indonesian and Southeast Asian markets. Focusing on green technology, high-end equipment, and smart mining, the Group will jointly explore new models for more efficient, intelligent, clean, and safer mining development, and jointly promote the sustainable development of Indonesia’s economy, environment, and society.
Through immersive exhibits, new product launches, and dialogues with global partners, the exhibition showcased a wide range of the Group’s cutting-edge products, including powertrains, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, road rollers, dump trucks, and tractors. Weichai’s powertrain, with its faster response and greater power, has become a key source of power for high-horsepower machinery. Shantui and Lovol Heavy Industries exhibited their 100-ton-class mining excavators, the SE1500LCW and FR2000F, equipped with excavator powertrains. Combined with mining trucks and dump trucks from Sinotruk and Shaanxi Heavy Duty Truck, these vehicles became the undisputed leaders in the high-horsepower mining and loading area, earning high praise from on-site partners who expressed confidence in future collaborations.
